All sales are final once our post production team has customized and or delivered the final product to you. If we haven't started production yet we will refund 75% of your purchase.

Please allow 2-5 business days for digital delivery from date your logo and information is sent to our video production team. The production team email and contact information will be located in your order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from Product 13, our post production team. In that email there will be step by step instructions on what to send them so they can customize your video with your practice information.

We will ask you for your dental practice logo, practice number or tracking number if you have one, domain name and the doctor's name you wish to add to the video. One video per location so if you own more than one location or dental practice please order the quantity to match your marketing efforts.

Your order will be digitally delivered to you within 2-5 business days from receiving your practice logo and information for the video(s).

Adding graphics have limitations but can be done. The animation in each video might not be able to change however if you have a special promotion or promo code you want to display over your video(s) you can request to talk to one of our production representatives to discuss options. If we are able to add your request a one time $250 charge will be issued for our video production team to design, animate, and update your videos. You will then own two versions of the same videos. One clean for everyday online use and one with special promotions for when you want to boost a campaign on social media or on TV.
